Verona String Quartet
Recognized as “thoughtful, impressive musicians” (Cleveland Classical), the Verona Quartet is a winner of the Concert Artists Guild Competition, following in a long line of successful Concert Artist Guild string quartets, such as the Alexander, Miami, Parker and Pacifica Quartets. It was the Pacifica Quartet who mentored the Verona foursome when they formed in 2013 at Indiana University, and in less than three years, the Verona Quartet have set themselves apart as one of the most compelling young quartets in chamber music: “sensational, powerhouse performance” (Classical Voice America).

Piantist, Daniel Hsu
Characterized by the Philadelphia Inquirer as a “poet…[with] an expressive edge to his playing that charms, questions, and coaxes”, eighteen-year-old Daniel Hsu—a 2016 Gilmore Young Artist—is a fast-rising pianist who was recently named the First Prize winner at the Concert Artists Guild Competition. He has earned top prizes in numerous other competitions, most recently the Bronze medal at the 9th Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in Japan, and first prize at the San Jose International Piano Competition, Pacific Musical Society Piano Competition and San Francisco Chopin Competition
