If you purchase tickets from a non-authorized person or outlet, you risk purchasing a lost, stolen or fake ticket that is not valid for admittance, regardless of the event. Only valid tickets will scan to authorize entry for an event. Lost or stolen tickets may be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry. Anyone who purchases tickets from a third-party site, "scalper" or ticket broker does so at their own risk and in most cases is paying a premium.

Non-Event Days

Coronado PAC box office will be open starting at 2:00pm on event days until 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please contact our ticket office to confirm hours of operation for the weekend at 815-968-5222. Dates subject to change. -
The Coronado PAC is committed to providing every customer with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Special seating allows patrons with disabilities the same flexibility on location and price options as any other patron. Elevators are available for the mobility impaired. For most events, children one (1) year of age and older require a ticket for admittance. Children under the age of one (1) will be allowed free entry; however, they are required to sit on the lap of a ticket holder. Family shows most often require a ticket for children age one (1) and older. Please see specific event details for more information on ticket age requirements.

Specific shows/events allow group discounts at the permission of the event organizer. The number that is considered to be a group varies on a show-by-show basis. If you are interested in a specific show, please contact our Box Office directly at 815-968-5222.

The Coronado Performing Arts Center does not provide tickets to companies such as “StubHub.com” or “Ticketsnow.com.” If tickets are not yet on sale for an event but you see tickets for sale on these sites, please note these sites are “speculating” that the sections they have listed will be available for them to sell. Re-sellers do not buy tickets themselves. They provide an online marketplace for ticket brokers or individuals looking to sell and consumers looking to buy.

Any lost, damaged or stolen ticket that was purchased online at Ticketmaster.com can be reprinted at our box office. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo I.D will be required.
If you bought tickets in-person at our box office, we will most likely be able to reprint them with photo I.D.
If you believe your ticket has been stolen, please contact our Box Office directly at 815-968-5222. We can replace your ticket with a new bar code and block the previous ones.

There are several options for delivery when purchasing tickets online through Ticketmaster.com. These options may vary by event. Options include:
- Mobile: Your tickets are automatically uploaded to the Ticketmaster mobile app. Login to the Ticketmaster mobile app on your phone to see your tickets. Prior to arriving to the Coronado PAC, load your tickets on your phone to make sure you can access your ticket.
- UPS: Choose a 2-day, 3-day, or Saturday delivery (US only).
- US Mail: Your physical tickets will be printed on ticket stock and shipped to the address you provide. Please note that this option will include an additional delivery fee and takes 10-14 days.
- Will Call: Pick up your tickets at Will Call window before the event. You will be asked to present valid photo ID.

Presales are often offered through an artist, sponsor group, venue, and/or media group to allow subscribers to purchase tickets before the general on sale. To sign up for an artist fan club, visit the artist website for instructions.
Pre-sales give you the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public; they do not necessarily guarantee the best seats available.

Re-entry is not permitted.
Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the Coronado Performing Arts Center, exiting and then re-entering is not allowed. -
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. Please check your ticket purchase for accuracy before leaving.
In the event of a cancellation or date/time change, all refunds are done at the point of original purchase.

The resale of event tickets on the grounds of the Coronado Performing Arts Center is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest and prosecution as appropriate.

The Coronado Performing Arts Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, patrons should be careful when purchasing tickets and should always purchase tickets either in person at our authorized ticket sales locations or online at Ticketmaster.com. All other purchasing sites and sources are not supported by the Coronado PAC nor are guaranteed to have valid tickets.

If a show is not sold out, tickets are available for purchase before and during events. In most situations, the box office will close approximately 30 minutes past the start of the show. -
Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing company associated with the Coronado Performing Arts Center. If you aren’t purchasing tickets in person at the Coronado Performing Arts Center or BMO Harris Bank Center box office or online at Ticketmaster.com, we cannot guarantee that your tickets will be legitimate. We strongly caution all buyers to be careful!

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster, the Coronado PAC and/or the event promoter at their discretion. This includes orders purchased due to technical website/system errors and/or orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, other information.

Will Call is the location where patrons can pick up tickets that were purchased in advance, online or by phone. Will Call locations will be made available in the building where the event is taking place.

Will Call pick-up is at our box office, just north of our main lobby entrance.Requirements for Picking up Tickets from Will Call:
A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. It may also helpful to present the credit card used for payment, however, this is not required.
Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization.
Refunds

To request a refund for tickets purchased using a credit card at the Coronado and BMO Center box offices, email the following information to boxoffice@asmrockford.com. Please provide a valid phone number, as you will receive a call to confirm the refund request. DO NOT send credit card info via email. Please allow up to 60 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account or to receive your check in the mail.

To request a refund for tickets purchased at our box offices using cash, please visit our box office. (see hours at the top of this page)

If an event is rescheduled or moved, your tickets (including any upgrades or add-ons, such as parking) are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. In some instances, the Event Organizer may give you the option to request a refund, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit. If that is the case, we will notify you of those options. Please note that any refund and/or credit policies are determined on an event-by-event basis by the Event Organizers, and may be subject to limitations set by the Event Organizer.
If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; Ticketmaster will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer.* In some instances, the Event Organizer may give you the option to request a refund, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit. If that is the case, Ticketmaster will notify you of those options. Please see Ticketmaster's Purchase Policy for more information. Please Note: All requests for refunds are final and cannot be changed once initiated.
