Safety & Security

COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures - for you, our other guests, and ASM Global Team Members. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. The safety and security of our patrons is our top priority. In accordance with public health and industry standards, the Coronado Performing Arts Center has implemented the following policies to ensure safe, enjoyable events for all guests.

* If any guest feels ill, or has any of the symptoms of COVID-19 no matter how minor, they are to stay home and not come to the Coronado PAC. Symptoms of COVID-19 include, but are not limited to: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. An “At Home” health check should be conducted by all persons prior to arrival.

All Coronado Performing Arts shows are required to follow local and federal health and venue requirements related to Covid-19. These may include but are not limited to vaccine and/or testing requirements and face coverings. Local Health & Venue guidelines are subject to change at any time. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a show, you acknowledge that changes in local Covid-19 health guidelines or Venue Policies are not grounds for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and please know that we take the health and safety of our guests, our employees and our community very seriously.

Face Coverings

In accordance with the State of Illinois, the BMO Harris Bank Center and Coronado Performing Arts Center no longer requires mask wearing for fans of any age for admittance to events. Guests who are more comfortable wearing a mask are encouraged to do so.

Certain event promoters may independently make additional requirements which could include, without limitation, mandatory facemask requirements at all times. We will advise primary ticket purchasers for each event of the health and safety protocols ultimately applicable to such event when determined, which shall, as applicable, be informed by CDC, State, City, event promoter, and/or sport governing body COVID-19 health and safety guidance and protocols. In addition to this, government mandates, venue protocols and event requirements are subject to change and changes in protocol are not grounds for a refund. Therefore, we encourage guests to check our website and official ticketing pages on Ticketmaster.com prior to purchasing tickets and leading up to event day. Guests may also email or call our box office with questions regarding specific event policies at boxoffice@asmrockford.com and 815-968-5222.

* Rockford Symphony Orchestra - Event Policy *

The Rockford Symphony Orchestra no longer asks to see an Express Pass, Vaccination card, or proof of a negative Covid-19 Test when entering the theater. Masks will be optional. Socially distanced seating will continue to be available upon request. Find more information >> www.rockfordsymphony.com

Hand Sanitizer Stations

Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed throughout the Coronado PAC. Guests are encouraged to wash hands for 20 seconds or use a hand sanitizing station often.

Contactless Payment

Cash is no longer accepted at concession stands and bars. Guests are able to exchange cash for Visa gift cards at the box office in increments of $25.

Please note, as merchandise stands are run by shows and not by our venue, the policy may vary for merch purchases - merch stands may or may not accept cash for purchases.

Early Opening

Doors will open at least one hour prior to the start of each show, and earlier when possible. Guests are encouraged to arrive to the venue early to minimize crowding and lines. Please stay aware of weather forecasts and prepare for weather accordingly as this may increase traffic and delay parking.

Frequent Sanitization

Surfaces that are frequently touched, such as handrails and doorknobs, will be sanitized by custodial staff before, during and after events.

Social Distancing Encouraged

Signage will be placed in areas of the Coronado PAC where lines form (box office windows, entrances, beverage stands), encouraging customers to maintain a six-foot distance between themselves and the next people in line.

Bag Policy

An updated Bag Policy has been implemented and bags larger than 8.5" x 11" will not be allowed. This bag policy will speed up the entry process into the venue, improve security and limit touch points.
